We know it can be confusing! We will work directly with you and your insurance provider to submit claims related to your visit. Even if we are out of network with your plan, there may be out of network reimbursements that we can file for on your behalf. Our goal is to help you understand your coverage, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about your benefits.

If you require medical eye care services, we will also file those claims on your behalf. Most insurance plans require a co-payment at the time of the office visit, as well as payment for any services or materials not covered by the plan.
